Does it hurt?

The answer is no, as a local anaesthetic is applied before, during and after the treatment therefore there is no pain.

There are those people who have had cosmetic tattooing done and it did hurt.  The technician would not have used the correct anaesthetic.

There is sensation while the treatment is being done and this can be discribed as uncomfortable and this is experienced mainly around the eyes.

The best way to overcome your fear is to not make too much of "pain".   The brain is a wonderful thing- it gives you what you ask for.

How long will it last?

It is a tattoo and there will be traces left forever as all tattoos do fade.  The cosmetic tattoo requires retouching every now and then and this will depend on your expectations.

The style in which you apply your daily make up is how your tattoo will appear.
